LEAD FEARLESSLY, SUCCEED WITH GRACE
an eight week program designed for women leaders
Are you a woman in a management position looking to take your career to the next level?
Do you face unique challenges in your role that make it harder to succeed as a leader? If so, know that you're most definitely, not alone.
I understand only too well the challenges that women in management positions face and am absolutely committed to empowering women leaders to overcome these challenges and reach their full potential. That's why we've developed this course, focused on providing practical strategies and insights for creating and sustaining balance in all areas of our lives, while at the same time, empowering women to succeed as leaders.
I truly believe that every woman has the potential to achieve greatness and succeed in her career - but it all starts with believing in ourselves and being our own advocate.
Being your own advocate means taking care of yourself, setting goals, and prioritizing your own well-being. It also means stepping into your power and leading with confidence and influence. I know that it can be tough to navigate the challenges of the workplace, but I believe that with the right mindset and tools, women can overcome any obstacle and achieve their goals.

Women face unique challenges in the workplace and at home ...
The constant pressure to be productive, efficient, and available to your family AND to your career can take a toll on your physical, emotional, and mental health, leaving you feeling stressed, anxious, and burnt out.
Why?
As a working woman, you have a responsibility to be accountable to your superiors and to the authority in your workplace. Whether you're managing a team or working independently, you are expected to deliver results and meet the expectations set forth by your employer.
This accountability can be both empowering and challenging. On the one hand, it can be rewarding to take ownership of your work and see the impact of your efforts. On the other hand, the pressure to perform can be overwhelming, especially if you feel like you don't have the resources or support you need to succeed.
Many working career women often face the difficulty of managing others without having any real authority.
They have accountability with authority, tasked with leading a project or team without the formal power or resources to do so effectively. This can be a daunting task that requires strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Influencing without authority is the ability to influence others to get stuff done, without having any power over them.
Influencing without authority is a vital skill for any leader. Whether you are a team lead, the manager of a cross-functional team, founding a startup, or overseeing projects and resources, the ability to influence without authority can help you get buy-in from key stakeholders, improve collaboration within your organization, and boost your career.
I truly believe that accountability can be a positive force for change - willingness to take responsibility for one's actions, decisions, and outcomes.
It is a crucial element in personal and professional development as it helps us to learn from our mistakes, take corrective actions, and make progress toward our their goals.
But having accountability without authority can be really a tough place to navigate.
In this program, we are going to learn how to communicate effectively with your superiors, colleagues, stake-holders and direct reports, so that you can set clear goals and expectations, and develop a plan of action that will enable you to succeed in your career - and how to create that critical work life balance at the same time!
Are you ready to learn how to influence without authority?
Together we are going to truly learn HOW to get things done at work, because people want to connect and collaborate with you.
Managing without Authority is not about enhancing personal power or self-promotion. It’s using a particular set of skills to get things done with others when you have no direct authority over them.
We will be focusing on developing leadership skills that are essential for managing teams with diverse backgrounds and perspectives without having the formal authority to manage them.
It will provide you with tools to navigate complex team dynamics, build trust and collaboration, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable for their work. The principles will enable you to lead and manage people more effectively and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
We meet virtually for eight weeks
Throughout the program, you will receive a ton of assets and downloads, to help you with self-inquiry and self discovery. Each asset has been carefully compiled to assist you on your leadership journey!
We meet over onto zoom, meeting virtually each week for a two hour session, over an eight week period, and will be alternating group coaching sessions with themed training sessions, every other week.
I know that you are busy, and that you have a demanding schedule that we don't want to impact on any more than neccessary. We want to make your life easier and more productive, not create more time stress and pressure!
But the best part? You will be meeting with other women who are on the same journey as you, facing the same challenges and difficulties.
You will meet your tribe.
And find the support, understanding and connection Women in Leadership need.

I participated in Valerie's MMLW and I must say that she opened up new ideas for me.
I am feeling more courage to "put myself out there" and "make it happen"! She may be creating a monster here but at least I'm getting the adrenaline flowing!
